How will I know my order has shipped?
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging.
After that, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take 3-7 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved. Once you have received this email please allow 24-72 hours for your tracking number to update the shipping carrier. Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.
We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
Can I change the destination country of my order?
After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.
Shipping time: This refers to the time and it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.
It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order (while some items may need 3-7 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.
1) Shipping Time does not include a 1-7 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
2) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
Shipping Countries :
Our products are available only for the USA. All shipping methods are available for US clients without extra conditions. On the other hand, shipping is also available for people located in Haïti only from orders over 69 USD, otherwise the shipping request will be rejected.
Just a little note to say we’re still here and shipping as usual, However, we may require additional processing time and please note that all shipping carriers are currently experiencing delivery delay, this includes any expedited shipping services. Due to constant changes in the marketplace, there is a small chance that the item(s) you ordered will be out of stock when your order is processed. If the item is out of stock from the manufacture, you will not be charged for the backorder item until the item is ready for shipment. We will either send you an e-mail with notification of your backorder items or the back-order notification message will appear on your invoice with your shipment, If you like to receive an estimated date of when the item will be shipped, please email us at [email protected] Back Order from manufacture usually will take approximately 1- 3 weeks to be fulfilled and shipped. Your order will be put on hold and will be shipped and charged as soon as the merchandise is back in our inventory.
All Back Orders will remain open and uncharged for up to 16 weeks. We will charge and process your backorder items once they are ready for shipment. All back order items will be shipped with standard shipping method, even if the original order items were shipped by Express/Priority shipping method. Most Back Order Item arrives back in stock within 2-6 weeks, If you need any assistant with your estimated arrival dates on your backorder items, please feel free to reach out to us by email or give us a call. Important Note (Shipping):
All times below are based on when your order is shipped, not when you place your order. Faster shipping is only a guarantee of delivery days AFTER the package leaves our warehouse, it is NOT a guarantee of total delivery days. Standard processing times apply for ALL orders. If you order items that are not in stock, choosing an express shipping method will not change when we are able to ship your order.
